In the beautiful Prati, a elegant Roman Art Nouveau neighborhood, Eighty Four Luxury Rooms was born. It is a stylish and modern bed and breakfast with a refined style, and thanks to its strategic location, you can easily reach St. Peter’s, Castel Sant’Angelo, and the Vatican Museums on foot. Additionally, the proximity to the Ottaviano metro station (Red Line A) which connects to the major points of interest in the city will allow you to easily discover Rome.
The facility has 4 deluxe double rooms, each with a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, free Wi-Fi for all guests, and a coffee machine located in the hall. Eighty Four Luxury Rooms is designed for guests who enjoy being independent during their stay, as the facility is equipped with an automatic check-in system. On the day of arrival, you will receive a message with a phone number to call for the opening of the main building entrance and two codes that will allow you to open the apartment door and the key box next to the door of your room. The system is designed to give you maximum independence, but you can always count on the support of our staff who is available by phone for any needs.

Great location. Great location. Just a stone’s throw from the Vatican City in a lively neighborhood with many shops and services. “Almost fully automated hotel.” Modern, clean, and spacious rooms. Fast and precise services. The quality-price ratio is excellent.
Nice hotel in a good location. However the shower could be a little bit better. The system to enter was also a bit complicated but the owner send a very helpfull WhatsApp message with a thorough explanation which helped a lot!

I had a great time at the Eighty Four property. The kindness and helpfulness of the owners deeply impressed me. The rooms accurate in decor and quiet even though in the center of Rome.
